Mustafa Yokuş ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application GoalDeck: Football Card Game (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

GoalDeck does not require user registration or account creation. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number).

All game progress, unlocked club themes, and high scores are stored locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Collection

We utilize trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, optimize advertising campaigns, or process transactions:

• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve in-game advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as IDFA / Advertising ID), coarse location, and app interaction data to serve contextual or personalized ads in accordance with your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) preferences.
• Meta (Facebook) App Events: We use Meta's SDK to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, analyze app engagement, and attribute installs and purchase events. Meta may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA) and app usage data in accordance with your ATT choices.
• TikTok Business SDK: We use TikTok Business SDK to track conversions, evaluate advertising effectiveness, and measure in-app events (such as app activations and purchase completions). TikTok may process device identifiers (such as IDFA) and interaction data subject to your ATT permission.
• Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit): All financial transactions for the "Full Access" in-app purchase are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or billing details.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

In compliance with Apple’s guidelines, GoalDeck requests your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising and measurement purposes. You can modify or revoke this permission at any time in your iOS Settings (Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking).

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
